How soon will you ship out my order?
If you are paying by credit card, orders are usually shipped out within 5  business days of placing your order.  If you are placing an order and paying by check, your order will be shipped out within 5 business days after receiving your check.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will typically ship within that next week.

If you choose the 2nd Day Air shipping method your order will be shipped out the same day unless we receive the order after 12 noon PST. At that time, it will be shipped out the next business day

What are your shipping charges?
The minimum for an order will be $3.50. Shipping charges are based on how much you order; you can see how much the shipping is on the check out page.  At $75 min order, free ground shipping becomes available.

What are your overseas shipping charges?
The minimum shipping charges for an overseas order will be $9.99 for Canada/Mexico and $10.00 for Other than Canada/Mexico. This includes the cost to process your order, verify the credit card, US postal shipping with tracking to the boarder and packaging the order by a separate fulfillment company in Colorado.  Shipping charges are based on how much you order; you can see how much the shipping is on the check out page.  To help with shipping costs, we include a 10% discount coupon with your shipment which you may use on your next web order.

How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent by Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex 2nd day air, or via US mail depending on the address you provide, size of order, when you want your order and how much you want to pay. If you order is large, sometimes we have to ship in 2 packages, and sometimes they may arrive a day or two apart.
